Interpreting the natural world, zooming in and out, examining big landscapes that hide in small corners. I believe in an ecocentric world and I offer alternative perspectives on our precious natural environment to evoke care and appreciation. This work is not about portraying subjects. Nor is it about photography and the ability of the medium to document moments, places and times in history. It is about looking. About standing still and paying attention; being able to perceive shapes, colors and structures that you have never seen before. It is about discovery and the possibility to be amazed by what is not you.
